Terms and Conditions

1. GameCot doesn’t hold any ownership for the content submitted on website
2. Developer must solely own the content submitted by him. In case of plagiarism the developer would be held responsible. GameCot wouldn’t be liable for any of these charges
3. Intellectual property could be stolen or recreated by others even after all the necessary precautions taken by GameCot.  We do not hold any responsibility for the same.
4. Developer must understand all the terms and conditions of publisher before selling the licensing rights. Any grievance on developer’s side after signing the licensing document would not be entertained by GameCot.
5. All the terms and conditions set by the publisher and agreed upon by the developer must be followed and implemented. In case of breach of this contract the developer would be held responsible.  GameCot would not take any responsibility for this.
6. Developer must provide authentic information for all his financial transactions. GameCot would not be responsible in case a transaction is not carried out successfully because of wrong information provided by the developer.
7. In case of any technical mishap or data-loss GameCot would not be responsible. GameCot would immediately take action to control the situation.  Once the issue is resolved developer may submit their content and become active again.
8. Publisher must use the content as per the terms and conditions agreed upon between publisher and developer at the time of agreement.
9. Publisher would be responsible if he has misused the content on GameCot in any form without acquiring licensing rights for it. GameCot would not be liable if IP rights of developers are violated.
10. GameCot may make changes on website without any prior notice. Gamecot may also change the policies and update terms and condition as per its requirement.
11. GameCot provides platform and facilitates publisher and developer to crack a profitable deal. Publishers and Developer are solely responsible for the terms and conditions they have agreed upon.  GameCot would not entertain any grievances of any of these two parties once the deal is signed.
12. Developer must pay 20% of total revenue he has earned through GameCot after the completion of a successful deal. If not legal action would be taken against the developer who has breached the agreement. This also includes those contents which were displayed and promoted on GameCot but sold outside the GameCot platform.  
13.  By uploading games and apps info Developer gives the non-exclusive rights to GameCot to display and promote their content on website.
14. In case of any undesirable personal information submitted along with the other necessary information would hold the developer’s product ineligible and would terminate his account permanently. 
15. Any illegal trial or infringement to acquire the content published on GameCot would attract legal actions and punishment.
16. GameCot completely reserves all the rights for the display and promotion of content submitted by the developer. GameCot is not answerable if it doesn’t want to feature a particular product.
17. GameCot does check the background and credibility of both publishers and developers before making them the members on GameCot. Still it’s a duty of both publishers and developers to have a thorough background check of each other to avoid any grievance after signing a deal.
